Michael E. Hurst Educational Forum
May 2011
Chicago, Ill.
Hilton Chicago
The Michael E. Hurst Educational Forum brings together the nation's best and brightest students from college and university restaurant, culinary and foodservice management programs for a day of networking, learning and inspiration. Student representatives are best-of-class and are hand-selected by deans, directors and faculty to represent their respective institutions at this prestigious event.
While at the Educational Forum, these 200 promising students connect with the NRAEF's Salute to Excellence honorees and more than 100 top educators.
Students and educators alike engage the profession's sharpest thinkers and decision makers in a setting that promotes one-on-one interaction and the sharing of real-life career experiences. Students are mentored and receive invaluable advice to help inspire and assist them in realizing their career goals.
