This scholarship is established to award scholarships to qualified post-secondary students who are committed to furthering their education and enhancing their careers in the restaurant and foodservice industry while demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial commitment.

You are eligible to apply for this 2008 NRAEF/Al Schuman Ecolab Entrepreneurial Scholarship if you have been accepted or applied and/or are currently enrolled as a freshman, sophomore, or junior in the following ELIGIBLE schools:

• California State Polytechnic University-Pomona
• Culinary Institute of America
• Johnson & Wales University, Providence
• Michigan State University
• Pennsylvania State University
• Purdue University
• University of Denver
• University of Houston
• University of Nevada, Las Vegas
• University of Massachusetts-Amherst
